Contract and Agreement with Euro Systems Automotive Training Inc.

This contract and agreement is between ESAT Inc. and the Shop Owner/Technician and the service facility that requires technical support.

This document lays out the necessary information that must be provided when ever the above mentioned parties are requesting for technical support.

If the service facility does not agree or fulfill the agreement, this contract and agreement is void and

no further technical assistance will be supplied.

This agreement will be in force for any technical support on the ESAT Inc. site and any pay for incident support.

All interested parties including the shop owner and service technician must read and comply with this agreement.

Failure to agree by any party will nullify this agreement.

Euro Systems Automotive Training Inc. will be referred as ESAT Inc.

The information requested is as follows:

01. A complete scan of each vehicle in question must be supplied.

02. The CORRECT year, make and model must be supplied.

03. The CORRECT build date must be supplied.

04. The engine and transmission models must be supplied.

05. The scan will include ALL airbags installed within that scan.

06. Past repair history must be supplied.

07. Any or all customer notes or comments must be supplied.

08. Any present or past damage must be indicated.

09. In some unusual cases, the complete PR code must be supplied by the repair facility.

09a. As an example, ABS with ESP brakes

10. Supply all contact information:

10a. Your name

10b. The shop name and address

10c. Your email and shop email address

10d. The Shop Owners name.

11. Provide the REPLACED controller information if possible.

Conditions and Requirements:

01. If there is a need for a remote connection, the connection setup will be to ESAT Inc. standards.

02. Any IT staff intervention will NOT be tolerated and will null this agreement.

03. Make a concerted effort to attend training seminars close to your area.

04. Any personal complaints directed towards ESAT Inc will be directed to ESAT Inc

05. All personal, technical and site contacts or posts belong to ESAT Inc. and the technical facility.

06. Any and all posts or documents supplied by ESAT Inc are the property of ESAT Inc.

07. All future Immobilizer service, repair or adaptation will have agreements and contracts in place.

This contract is the property of ESAT Inc.

This and its contents are NOT to be distributed in any way.

Distribution includes copies, Emails and books.

This agreement and contract must be accepted by all parties including any and all outside technical support groups.

ESAT Inc. has the right to administer said contract.

This agreement is subject to change at any time by ESAT Inc.
